It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share with you the news of Alan Edelstein’s passing.

Alan founded this firm 50 years ago, and had a vision of a business in which both client and inter-personal relationships were of utmost importance.  He strived for excellence in everything that he did, including his plans for the future of this firm.  His impact spans far beyond Edelstein & Company, through his deep involvement in the accounting industry and the business and nonprofit community, and his eagerness to mentor budding accountants.

Alan’s memory will live on at Edelstein & Company in more ways than one.  For every instance of hard work, attention to detail, holding to a higher standard of ethics than required, and working together as a team with staff and clients, we will be reminded of the example that Alan set in all of these facets.
