Edelstein has been providing advisory and tax services to Clown Shoes for the past three years and applauds the transaction as it allows the founder of Clown Shoes, Gregg Berman, to maintain his current team and ensure the longevity of the brand and its mission to continue producing high quality beer without pretension while being free and a little crazy.
