Edelstein Provides Time For Team Members To Relax and Recharge
Edelstein’s Partner group has offered the opportunity for all team members to have some time to relax and recharge by implementing an office shutdown on the following dates:
- Friday, May 21, 2021,
- Friday, May 28, 2021, and
- Monday, July 5, 2021 through Friday, July 9, 2021.
Closing the firm on these dates is a great example of Edelstein’s commitment to team members health and wellness. At the pace we have been working, combined with adjusting to the global pandemic and the challenges that it has presented both personally and professionally, it is easy to burnout. While scattered days off during the year are good to refresh, to fully unwind and decompress team members should have multiple days off in a row. Edelstein’s Partners encouraged all team members to continue with our typical summer hours and to use that time to relax and recharge.
