On Thursday, October 27, Edelstein’s Women’s Initiative Committee hosted the Surrounded By Success panel in which the entire firm was invited to attend and hear three speakers discuss their personal and professional successes.  The panel included Colleen Boselli, Michelle Hallenbeck, and Karen Sommers. Colleen is a principal at Strength Catalyst Partners, Michelle is the lead client services associate for Atlas Wealth Strategies, and Karen is an owner and principal of City Wide.

Attendees had the unique opportunity to hear about the experiences and lessons learned from the speakers perspectives. Panelists addressed: identifying your strengths to enhance yourself both personally and professionally, development of your skill set, staying on track to achieve career goals, habits of highly effective people, and balancing a career and competing priorities.

Colleen discussed how to determine your strengths as well as areas for improvement while attendees worked on identifying their strengths.  Michelle presented about financial matters including savings, retirement, budgeting, and how planning smartly today can have long-term effects tomorrow. Karen shared seven habits of highly effective people while mixing in her own experiences that led her to business ownership.
