Senate approval of PPP extension
On Tuesday night, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a five-week extension of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), hours before the application window was set to close. Before the extension can take effect, it will need to be passed by the House of Representatives and signed by President Trump.
